Parce que tous était comme il faut, dans un mot : top.
Tout était parfait
Delicieuse soiree au Pomme Cannelle. Le Menu etait juste et raffine. Les assaisonnements et les jus etaient travailles, avec des saveurs surprenantes et inhabituelles invitant au voyage. Les cuissons etaient egalement parfaites.

Food was prepared with care -- proteins (we had beef and fish) were tender. There were components that had strong flavors and others that were subtle but well balanced in combination. Service was exceptional. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to going back.
Le Maitre d Hotel, Maxime pour ne pas le nommer, est parfait...et tout le reste suit! Excellente cuisine également ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le pianiste pour la saint Valentin
Generally yes, but one of our party has allergies (particularly cheese) and it was disappointing her starter came and had to be returned despite this being explained.
Everything was OK, the service, the ambient and the food, just one thing I ordered the Iceland prawns and I think are too expensive 30€ for 2 little prawns or if you say it would be better
Everything is quite fine except for the ambiance and a decoration which could be adopted to the name of the restaurant. A simple touch of colors and a nice music will make the restaurant a bit attractive. Adding to the fact, that if a client said that its for a celebration, a simple gesture of hospitality could be nice ( a free glass of cremant, top off sweets, etc) - something that will let the client have a nice memories having celebrated at your place and maybe come back as well. Again its just an idea.
À l¿arrivée, ma réservation faite déja le 15 octobre dernier n¿était pas connue!! (même avec le rappel par e-mail de ne pas oublier cette réservation). Aprés longue discution, on nous a donné une table.
Une cliente du restaurant a eu un comportement particulièrement "agité" et à aucun moment le personnel du restaurant ne nous a proposé de changer de table. Cette cliente a clairement perturbé notre déjeuner ce qui est inacceptable. Par ailleurs, la viande était ferme et peu gouteuse.
Service médiocre, repas infecte et trop cher!!! Horrible experience.
