Terrible service, inconsiderate and ignorant...

I booked a lunch table while being at the playground next by. At lunch, I was there with two adults and a toddler, but by the time we sat at the booked table, the rain started pouring. Due to Covid-19 restrictions only eating outside was allowed at that time. All other customers left, but we stayed with hope the rain will soon end and we will get some food since it was time for the kid to have lunch. In the meantime, another three customers arrived under the rain and entered inside. I was surprised to see this and I asked the server whether we could also enter inside but she refused it due to Covid-19 restrictions. I didn¿t find necessary to challenge why the other three customers entered, but we patiently continue to wait under the rain. We stayed for an hour under the rain with our umbrellas. When finally the rain stopped, and we asked to be served, we got the answer that they are actually closing the restaurant. I was surprised they did not even told us before their intention to avoid us waiting for nothing there when they saw us waiting patiently on the empty table under the rain?! Not event this, but we noticed that on the side entrance on the restaurant, where a covered terrace was available, the three clients who arrived after us, were served and were eyeing their food. When I asked the server why is that, she told me they asked for this table and the staff did not considered at all to offer the same service to us, being there with a toddler, under the rain for an hour, and having reserved since the morning. Nothing more to be said for this rude and inconsiderate staff, who couldn't care less for its few customers. I can't comment on the food as we were not given a chance to try it after all.
